Small acts make a big impact (SABI)
The Small acts make a big impact (SABI) campaign reached millions of Victorians through advertising, community engagement and public relations efforts, delivering practical guidance into the hands of Victorians as they transition to Victoria’s new, four-stream recycling system and adapt their behaviour to avoid and minimise waste.
Design of campaign assets include brochures, posters, advertisements, flyers, social media assets, animated gifs, video, bin stickers, bin tags and illustrations.
Victorian TAFE Association (VTA) Micro-credentials
I developed several micro-credentials for the Victorian TAFE Association.
Plant Pests and Diseases
This micro-credential introduces learners to the various pests and diseases that can compromise agricultural crops. By the end of this micro-credential, the learner should be able to assess and respond to pests and diseases and the damage caused by them.
Training Needs Analysis
This micro-credential teaches the learner how to conduct a simple training needs analysis within an organisation. A training needs analysis determines the training an employee needs to develop in their role.
This micro-credential was designed for teachers to use in senior secondary, vocational and higher education sectors, as well as designers and facilitators of professional learning.
The theme for 2020 is ‘Celebrate STEM’
Education week is an opportunity for kindergartens, schools, tech schools, specialist centres and TAFEs to showcase the fun and innovative work they are doing to support students.
The concept behind the design I created was to represent Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) as fun subjects to learn and encourage students (inclusivity of cultures and ages) to reach for the stars and develop STEM skills of the future. Let’s celebrate learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics!
Design applications include: poster, social media assets, email signature, digital screen, web banner, and EDM banner.
Annual Report
The Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation 2014/15 Annual Report chronicles the library’s activities and financial performance over the past year.
Using an impressive combination of graphics, photos, colour and text layout to illustrate the library’s vision of collaboration, respect, social connection, participation, community engagement, modernity and a place of learning.
VicRoads compiled a report of the most dangerous level crossings in Victoria. In response, the State Government prioritised the top 50 for removal. This led to the formation of the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA) to oversee and coordinate all planning, contracting and construction to the long-term project.
Working in collaboration with the LXRA team I helped develop and design marketing collateral (using the existing style guide) that would help the public to understand what the removal of the level crossing is. The Your Suburb Your Say community consultation sessions were held for the public to provide LXRA with feedback and discussion on the proposed level crossing removal.

We are a small non-for-profit organisation based in Launceston, Tasmania. We've had a project running for years, literally, which was challenging our team and was handed to me to complete. I quickly found that although I'm a professional designer I was out of my depth.
Naomi Everton of Everton Design was recommended to us as a competent professional, so we engaged her services. Naomi quickly wrangled the unruly project into order, produced and supplied artwork, conquered the layout and produced an extremely professional document to represent our organisation that we are proud to distribute.
Although we requested many changes to the content once we could see it in context, nothing was too much trouble and she always handled these changes with grace and good humor. As she is based in Melbourne, all communication was done remotely, and this did not impede us in the least.
I would not hesitate to recommend Everton Design to anybody needing cost effective professional services and I look forward to the next project we can undertake together.
